R1SE AI

Your R1SE account, ready inside your AI assistant.

Add the R1SE MCP server to ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP-compatible assistant. Paste the server URL below into your AI app, choose OAuth or sign in, then approve access with the email on your R1SE membership.

Use this exact URL in Claude or ChatGPT. When the AI app asks how to authenticate, choose OAuth, Sign in, or Automatic authentication.

Once connected

Ask your AI assistant to work with R1SE like a helpful member concierge.

It can read live R1SE information, help you plan your week, surface the right R1SE resources, and prepare member requests without making you hunt through different pages.

01

Plan and book classes

Check Brook Place or Kelham schedules, see spaces, review upcoming bookings, join waitlists, and book or cancel classes with confirmation.

02

Understand your account

Ask about your profile, credits, recent visits, membership status, home studio, renewals, holds, and useful account details.

03

Make member requests

Request a guest or referral session, ask for a membership change, submit a hold request, or ask R1SE to follow up with the right context.

04

Find R1SE knowledge

Search R1SE TV, blog posts, sauna guides, reformer pilates resources, recovery content, and R1SE for workplace or community pages.

OAuth setup

Connect once, then ask naturally.

OAuth is now the recommended route. The server URL is https://mcp.r1se.co.uk/mcp. Add it once in your AI app, approve the secure R1SE email link, then ask naturally in future chats.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT in a web browser.
  2. Open Settings, then find Apps, Connectors, or Developer connectors.
  3. Choose Add connector, Create connector, or Add custom MCP server.
  4. Paste https://mcp.r1se.co.uk/mcp into the server URL field.
  5. Choose OAuth, Sign in, or Automatic authentication if ChatGPT asks.
  6. Enter the email on your R1SE membership when prompted by R1SE.
  7. Open the secure R1SE approval email within 20 minutes.
  8. Return to ChatGPT, enable the R1SE connector in your chat, and ask normally.

Claude

  1. Open Claude in a web browser or Claude Desktop.
  2. Open Settings, then Connectors.
  3. Choose Add custom connector.
  4. Name it R1SE.
  5. Paste https://mcp.r1se.co.uk/mcp into the remote MCP server URL field.
  6. Choose OAuth, Sign in, or Connect if Claude asks to authenticate.
  7. Enter the email on your R1SE membership when prompted by R1SE.
  8. Open the secure R1SE approval email within 20 minutes.
  9. Return to Claude, enable R1SE in your chat, and ask normally.

What happens next

  1. The AI app registers securely with R1SE.
  2. R1SE asks for the email on your membership.
  3. The approval link expires after 20 minutes.
  4. The AI app receives access only after you approve it.
  5. Once connected, you can ask things like “show my bookings” or “find a sauna resource” without typing “Use R1SE”.

What to ask

  1. “Show my upcoming bookings.”
  2. “How many credits do I have?”
  3. “Find Brook Place classes tomorrow after work.”
  4. “Recommend R1SE resources for better sleep.”
  5. “Request a referral session for my friend.”

Useful prompts to start with

Book me into the 7am Hot Flow.

Show my remaining credits and next renewal.

Recommend R1SE resources for better sleep.

Request a guest session for my friend.

Manual fallback

Need the private connector link instead?

Use this only if your AI app does not yet support OAuth for custom MCP connectors. We will email a private connector URL that you paste into ChatGPT or Claude with No authentication.

You stay in control. Booking, cancellation, hold, and membership-change actions should be confirmed inside your AI assistant before they are submitted. Private connector URLs work like beta access keys, so keep them private. OAuth connections can be revoked and renewed.
